DPI Staffing is seeking reliable and hardworking Grass Cutters / Lawn Care Technicians to join our team in Wilmington, DE. Full Time 8:00 am to 4:30 pm

$18.00 an hour

Positions Available Potential Start Date:
ASAP Primary Responsibilities Operate push mowers, riding mowers, zero-turn mowers, and other turf equipment Trim and edge using string trimmers and edgers Remove grass clippings, leaves, and debris by blowing, raking, or bagging Apply fertilizers, herbicides, or pesticides as directed Perform basic landscaping tasks such as weeding, mulching, and planting Inspect and perform minor maintenance on equipment (cleaning, blade sharpening, oil checks) Report any equipment malfunctions or property damage to supervisors Follow all safety protocols including proper PPE usage Work in varying weather conditions including heat, humidity, and light rain Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred but not required Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or groundskeeping is a plus Ability to operate manual and power lawn equipment safely Physical stamina to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs for extended periods Basic knowledge of turf care, plants, and seasonal maintenance is helpful Valid driver's license may be required depending on the role Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team About DPI Staffing DPI Staffing, a division of The DPI Group, offers temporary, temp-to-hire and direct hire job opportunities with top employers.
