What you'll actually do Run fertilization, herbicide, insecticide, and fungicide cycles on commercial properties Diagnose in the field pests, disease, weeds, nutrient issues, and the cultural problems everybody else misdiagnoses Run a hose and a ride-on spreader/sprayer, calibrated by you, to label rate, every time Be the person account managers call when nobody knows what's wrong with the turf What you need Limited Urban Commercial Fertilizer Applicator certificate (GI-BMP) for fertilizer work. If you've got the experience and the eye, we'll pay for the training and get you certified. 2+ years applying on commercial turf and ornamental in Florida preferred Real identification skills — we test this in the field, not on paper Valid Florida driver's license and a clean enough MVR to drive our truck Bonus points: GHP experience, bilingual, or you've trained techs before. What we pay $25-$30 per hour , based on experience and what you're certified in. Not "competitive." That's the number.
