•This is a part-time position. 2 days per week. Two days a week is what I can promise right now. As the company grows, I want to offer full-time, and the person who does this well will be first in line. But do not take this job expecting full-time. I'm looking for someone who accepts two days a week as the standard, sees where this is headed, and wants to build toward it. What this job is This is a hospitality job that happens to involve physical labor. We care for the exteriors of luxury homes across St. Johns, Duval, Nassau, and Clay counties, from Ponte Vedra and the Beaches up to Amelia Island. Roofs, windows, pool decks, metals, walkways. Our clients have high expectations, and every time you're at their home or standing next to our truck, you are the company. Think of yourself as a groundskeeper at a private country club, or hotel staff working at someone's house. That's the bar. Be honest with yourself about this part This is Florida heat and humidity in peak summer. Days are 10 to 12 hours. You will be on ladders and on roofs. You will be driving a truck with a 6x12 trailer through tight coastal neighborhoods. Not everything will go your way, and you won't always know exactly what to do. You'll need to take ownership and figure it out anyway. If you can do that for a year with a good attitude, you're exactly who I'm looking for. Pay and growth $20/hour to start About $23 to $24/hour as a full Technician, usually within 3 months if you're serious Up to $30+/hour as a Senior Technician Two long days per week to start, full-time offered as we grow Paid trial day, paid training, all equipment provided A real path to leading crews and an Operations Manager seat, a $70K+ per year position, as we add trucks What helps Experience isn't required, but a background in hard physical work outside is a big head start. Landscaping, construction, a lawn business you ran yourself, or years of athletics in the heat. If you ran cross country or played soccer through Florida summers, that counts.
