Responsibilities:

Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pest control treatments safely and effectively Diagnose lawn issues such as weeds, disease, and pest infestations Operate and maintain lawn care equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, sprayers) Follow scheduled service routes and complete jobs in a timely manner Communicate with customers regarding services performed and recommendations Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures

Requirements:

Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform physical labor throughout the day Strong attention to detail and time management skills Good communication and customer service skills Experience in lawn care, landscaping, or pest control preferred (but not required)

Preferred Qualifications:

Knowledge of turf management and plant health care Experience with fertilizer and pesticide applications

Pay:

$21.00 - $26.00 per hour
