Responsibilities Apply lawn fertilization, weed control, and pest control treatments safely and effectively. Diagnose lawn, shrub, and pest issues and provide recommendations to customers. Maintain accurate service records using company software. Operate and maintain company vehicles and spray equipment. Deliver outstanding customer service while representing Terrapin professionally. Follow all state regulations and company safety standards. Qualifications Experience in lawn fertilization, Lawn amp; Ornamental (Lamp;O), and/or General Household Pest (GHP) services preferred. Florida pesticide license or the ability to obtain one is preferred. Valid driver#39;s license with a clean driving record. Strong work ethic, attention to detail, and reliability. Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work outdoors in Florida weather.
