Job Type:

Full-time Dombrowski Property Maintenance is hiring a dependable, hard-working Lawn Maintenance Technician to join our maintenance crew. We are looking for someone who is comfortable doing hands-on lawn and landscape maintenance throughout the entire workday. This position involves a lot of weed eating, edging, hedge trimming, pruning, blowing, and general landscape maintenance . We need someone who knows how to work, shows up on time, is dependable, and takes pride in keeping properties looking clean and professionally maintained. Most properties are large hoa type properties. Responsibilities Weed eating and string trimming Edging sidewalks, curbs, driveways, and landscape beds Hedge trimming and shrub pruning Blowing and cleaning sidewalks, parking areas, and other hard surfaces Basic landscape bed maintenance Hand weeding and weed removal Trimming and maintaining shrubs and ornamental plants Assisting with mowing as needed Seasonal landscape cleanup Loading and unloading equipment and materials Keeping trucks, trailers, equipment, and job sites clean Assisting with other lawn and landscape maintenance duties as needed Assist landscape/tree and or drainage team as needed. What We're Looking For Dependable attendance is extremely important Shows up on time and ready to work every scheduled day Able and willing to work hard throughout the entire workday Comfortable weed eating, edging, and trimming for extended periods Takes direction and completes assigned work without constant supervision Works efficiently while still producing quality work Basic knowledge of common landscape plants, shrubs, and proper trimming techniques Understands the difference between trimming a plant correctly and simply cutting everything back Pays attention to detail Works well with others Comfortable working outdoors in Florida heat and weather Experience Previous professional lawn or landscape maintenance experience is strongly preferred. Applicants should have experience using equipment such as: Commercial string trimmers Stick edgers Hedge trimmers Backpack blowers Commercial lawn mowers Basic landscape hand tools A driver's license is not required for this position. Reliable transportation to our Clearwater location is required. Schedule Monday-Thursday 6:30 AM-5:30 PM 1-hour lunch Fridays may be required due to rain delays or scheduling needs Overtime may be available Pay & Benefits $17.00
