Job Overview:
We are seeking a Experienced skilled and Reliable Lawn Care Specialist to join our team. As a Lawn Care Specialist, you will be responsible for maintaining and caring for lawns and landscapes, equipment and the team. This is a hands-on position that requires knowledge of various tools and techniques to ensure the health and care of outdoor spaces.Responsibilities:
- Perform regular lawn maintenance tasks, including mowing, edging, and trimming
- Prune trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain their shape and appearance
- Plant flowers, trees, and other plants according to landscaping plans
- Clean up debris and leaves from lawns and landscapes
- Operate equipment safely and efficiently
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time
Skills:
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:- Proficient in using hand tools such as the whip, edger, hedger, blower, pole saw etc.
- Knowledge of tree care practices including pruning and trimming techniques
- Basic understanding of horticulture, plants and sod.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure precise lawn care and groundskeeping
