We currently have openings for Lawn Maintenance Crew Members, Landscaping / Landscape Construction Crew Members, Irrigation Technicians, and Drivers.

Lawn Maintenance Crew Members Position Summary:

Perform mowing, edging, trimming, blowing, and general lawn care services.

• Maintain clean, neat, and professional-looking properties.
• Operate lawn maintenance equipment safely and efficiently.
• Assist with daily crew tasks and job site cleanup.
• Follow safety procedures and company quality standards.

Irrigation Technician Position Summary:

• Identify leaks, broken heads, valve issues, wiring problems, and coverage concerns.
• Perform seasonal irrigation maintenance and system adjustments.
• Ensure irrigation work is completed safely, efficiently, and to company standards.
• Communicate clearly with supervisors and team members regarding job progress and needed repairs.

Drivers Position Summary:

Drive company trucks, trailers, and equipment safely to and from job sites.

• Assist with loading, unloading, securing, and transporting materials and equipment.
• Inspect vehicles daily and report maintenance or safety concerns promptly.
• Support field crews when transportation tasks are complete.
• Maintain a clean driving record and follow all traffic and company safety regulations.

Qualifications Qualifications vary by position; however, successful candidates will demonstrate reliability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Prior experience in lawn maintenance, landscaping, landscape construction, irrigation, or commercial driving is preferred. A valid driver's license is required for driver positions and may be preferred for field crew roles. Candidates should be able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and safely handle equipment, tools, and materials. Compensation and Benefits Competitive pay is available based on experience, skill level, and position.
