Responsibilities Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming. Utilize hand tools and equipment to maintain gardens and lawns effectively. Irrigate plants and lawns as needed to ensure optimal growth. Dig, build, and maintain flower beds, shrubs, and trees. Conduct tree trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth. Monitor the health of plants and report any issues to management. Maintain cleanliness of tools and equipment after use. Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently. Qualifications Previous experience in landscape maintenance or groundskeeping is preferred. Familiarity with various hand tools used in lawn care and landscaping. Ability to perform physical tasks including lifting, digging, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work. Excellent time management skills to complete tasks within scheduled timelines. A valid driver's license may be required for transportation between job sites.
