We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn, contribute, and grow within a fast‑paced hospitality-focused property organization. Job Description:

Apply fertilizer and chemical applications. Update spray records, inventory and MSDS sheets. Calibrate spray equipment and fertilizer spreaders. General upkeep and maintenance on spray equipment. Over time be able to start diagnosing pest and fungus issues.

Education:

High School Diploma or Equivalent. Secondary studies in turf, agronomy or insects is desirable but not necessary.

Special Requirements:

Must have a valid drivers license. Willing to attend continuing education seminars and classes. Have no problems wearing spray applicator suites, full face respirators, or chemical resistant apparel. Able to lift 50 lbs. Do simple math. Willing to learn. Detail oriented. Keep area neat and organized.
