LEAD LAWN CARE TECHNICIAN / CREW LEADER

McConnell's Express Services LLC — Jacksonville, FL We are looking for an experienced, dependable Lead Lawn Care Technician / Crew Leader to join our growing team! This is NOT just a basic lawn-mowing position. We are looking for someone who knows lawn care, takes pride in their work, can operate commercial lawn equipment, and is capable of leading a crew and keeping jobs moving efficiently.

PAY:

$17-$26/HOUR —

BASED ON EXPERIENCE

What you'll be responsible for: Leading a lawn-care crew and helping keep the daily route on schedule Operating zero-turn mowers, trimmers, edgers, blowers, etc. Mowing, edging, trimming, blowing and general lawn maintenance Making sure every property is completed to our quality standards Loading/unloading and taking care of equipment Identifying problems at properties and communicating them to management Providing professional customer service when dealing with customers Helping train and guide other crew members Taking pride in the appearance of every property we service We're looking for someone who: ✅ Has professional lawn-care/landscaping experience ✅ Has experience operating commercial lawn equipment ✅ Can confidently lead a small crew ✅ Has a valid driver's license and a good driving record ✅ Is dependable and shows up on time ✅ Can work outdoors in the Florida heat ✅ Takes pride in doing quality work ✅ Can work independently without needing constant supervision ✅ Has good communication skills ✅ Is looking for steady, year-round work with a growing company Experience leading a lawn-care crew is strongly preferred but not required The right person has the opportunity to grow with our company as we continue expanding our residential and commercial lawn-care services.

Full-time, Monday-Friday Location:

Jacksonville/St. John's & surrounding areas Interested ?
