In this vital role, you will be responsible for safely applying chemical agents to eliminate pests and prevent infestations across various outdoor and indoor environments. Your expertise in pest management, chemical handling, and safety protocols will ensure effective solutions while maintaining the highest standards of safety and customer satisfaction. This position offers an exciting opportunity to utilize your technical skills and contribute to a pest-free environment for our clients. Duties Safely handle and apply pest control chemicals following all pesticide management regulations and safety protocols Conduct outdoor work, including lawn care, landscaping, farming, and land maintenance, utilizing hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and ladders as needed Perform confined space entry safely when required for pest treatment in restricted areas Use ladder safety procedures to access elevated areas for pest inspection and treatment Operate company vehicles responsibly for transportation to job sites and maintain vehicle safety standards Implement integrated pest management strategies tailored to each client's needs, including chemical application and non-chemical methods Maintain detailed records of pesticide applications, chemical agent handling, and service reports for compliance and quality assurance Experience Proven experience in pest control or related outdoor work such as farming, landscaping, or agriculture Knowledge of pesticide application techniques, chemical handling procedures, and pest control chemical safety measures Familiarity with entomology principles related to pest identification and behavior Strong mechanical knowledge of hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and ladder use with adherence to ladder safety procedures Customer service skills to effectively communicate with clients about treatments and safety precautions Ability to follow safety protocols rigorously, including respiratory protection and confined space entry safety procedures Valid driver's license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly Join us if you're eager to apply your technical expertise in a dynamic environment where safety is paramount!
