Job Description

Lawn Crew Member Deans Services Do you enjoy working outdoors, seeing immediate results from your hard work, and helping keep customers' properties looking their best? Begin a rewarding career in lawn mowing and landscape maintenance with Deans Services. We value teamwork and take pride in delivering a clean, professional cut on every property. What You'll Do As a Lawn Crew Member, you will maintain customers' lawns and landscape areas, including mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing debris from walkways, porches, and driveways. You will also perform weed control in landscape beds and assist with light irrigation tasks as needed. This role supports the Crew Leader to ensure quality service on every job. Training & Pay Training lasts up to two weeks. After training, you'll serve as a flexible mowing technician assisting the Crew Leader wherever needed. Starting pay ranges from $17 to $19 per hour, depending on experience. The schedule runs Monday through Friday, giving you weekends to recharge. Advancement opportunities include Crew Assistant and Crew Leader positions.
