SUMMARY:
Provides service to commercial clients by making timely lawn/landscape applications, diagnosing and correcting lawn/landscaping problems through service calls and other customer communications. Having the ability to set and hold schedules along with follow-ups for treatments is crucial to your success.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
The essential duties and responsibilities are listed below. Other duties may be assigned. Applies fertilizers and pesticides to lawns according to schedule, ability to lift 50lbs., safety procedures, and label instructions. Drives company vehicles to commercial client locations. Completes required production forms and customer instructions along with daily service paperwork Helps plan route for scheduled production and ensures route is being followed Assists in sales to current customers through means of contact on route. Performs a daily three-minute, 360-degree inspection of truck and equipment before taking the vehicle out on the road and upon return. Maintains vehicle and equipment through cleanliness, safety, and refilling gasoline and product. Assists in maintaining the cleanliness of the fertilization / pest storage areas and office. Ability to manage own schedule and follow-ups from treatments within standard time frames per each chemical application Create reports for each property visit to turn into clients Follow company protocols and MSDS protocols while handling chemicals to ensure your safety and clients safety Ability to communicate clearly and effectively to teach and train others on chemicals they are handling
QUALIFICATIONS
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. EDUCATION and/or
EXPERIENCE
High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and at least one-year related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have valid Certified Pest Control Operating License.

$19.50 - $21.00 per hour
