Responsibilities:

Perform routine lawn mowing, edging, and trimming for residential and/or commercial properties Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including mowers, blowers, and weed eaters Apply mulch, clean up debris, and maintain overall curb appeal of properties Follow scheduled routes efficiently and complete jobs in a timely manner Perform basic landscape maintenance including shrub trimming and bed edging Maintain cleanliness and proper care of company tools and equipment Communicate professionally with customers and team members on-site

Requirements:

Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or grounds maintenance preferred Ability to operate commercial lawn equipment safely and effectively Reliable, punctual, and able to work in outdoor conditions including heat and humidity Physical ability to perform manual labor, including lifting up to 50 lbs Valid driver's license and reliable transportation a plus Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and ability to work as part of a team
