Job Overview Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Technician and become a vital part of creating beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining lawns, landscapes, and pest control services with precision and care. Your expertise will help ensure our clients enjoy lush, vibrant environments while adhering to safety standards and environmental regulations. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors while developing specialized skills in pest management and lawn care. Duties Apply pesticides, herbicides, fertilizers and other chemical agents safely following pesticide management protocols and safety procedures such as respiratory protection and confined space entry safety. Conduct treatments targeting insects, weeds, and other pests utilizing integrated pest management techniques to protect plant health and customer satisfaction. Operate company vehicles responsibly for transporting equipment and supplies to job sites while following driving safety protocols. Maintain detailed records of chemical applications, pest control activities, and service reports to ensure compliance with environmental regulations. Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs, provide recommendations for lawn care or pest prevention, and deliver excellent customer service. Must have a CLEAN driver's record Experience Previous outdoor work experience in lawn care, landscaping, farming, or agriculture is highly desirable but not a requirement. Knowledge of application techniques, methods including chemical handling and principles is preferred but not required. Training will be provided for 30 days. Mechanical knowledge related to lawn equipment and minor repairs will be advantageous.
