Manage irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed. Maintain hardscape features like pathways, patios, and retaining walls to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal. Follow safety protocols diligently while handling pesticides, herbicides, and other chemicals for plant health management. Assist with snow plowing and winter groundskeeping tasks during seasonal changes to keep properties accessible and safe. Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with groundskeeping or landscaping preferred. Mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools for safe operation and maintenance. Strong plant identification skills and understanding of horticulture principles. Ability to adhere strictly to safety protocols while operating equipment or handling chemicals. Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care practices, and pesticide management is a plus. Excellent physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and working in various weather conditions.
