Job Description
We are hiring an experienced Irrigation & Lawn/Ornamental Spray Technician to maintain commercial properties throughout Central Florida. This position requires experience in both irrigation repair/troubleshooting and professional pesticide applications. Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair commercial irrigation systems Replace heads, valves, solenoids, piping, fittings, and other components Diagnose controller, wiring, pressure, coverage, and leak problems Inspect turf and landscape areas for weeds, insects, diseases, and other problems Apply herbicides, insecticides, fungicides, and other lawn/ornamental products Mix and apply products according to pesticide labels Calibrate and maintain spray equipment Keep accurate service and pesticide application records Identify irrigation, turf, and landscape problems and recommend corrective action Requirements Professional irrigation repair experience Professional Lawn & Ornamental spray experience Appropriate Florida pesticide credentials/experience and ability to meet FDACS requirements Knowledge of Central Florida turf and ornamentals Ability to identify common weeds, insects, and turf problems Valid Florida driver's license Ability to work independently and outdoors Dependable, organized, and able to communicate clearly
