Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and coachable Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong passion for landscaping and lawn care, with experience in various outdoor maintenance tasks. This role involves providing exceptional lawn care services to our clients, ensuring their outdoor spaces are healthy, beautiful, and well-maintained. Ideal candidates have their own truck, mileage reimbursed. This is a 1099 postion. Duties Perform regular mowing and trimming of lawns to maintain an attractive appearance. Perform regular trimming of hedges and ornamentals to maintain an attractive appearance. Execute landscape design tasks including planting, mulching, and garden maintenance. Provide tree care services such as tree trimming as needed. Dig and prepare soil for planting new trees, shrubs, and flowers. Maintain equipment and tools in good working condition to ensure safety and efficiency. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their lawn care needs and provide recommendations. Experience 3 years or more of prior experience. Familiarity with mowing equipment, hand tools, and landscaping machinery. Knowledge of horticulture practices related to lawn care, garden maintenance, and tree care is a plus. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining a positive attitude. Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service.
