Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Residential Lawn Specialist Aerator to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will focus on aerating lawns to promote healthy root growth and improve soil conditions. Your expertise will help ensure our clients' outdoor spaces thrive, while adhering to safety protocols and maintaining high standards of grounds care. Duties Operate aeration equipment and ground maintenance tools to perforate soil and enhance lawn health Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, and turf management Identify various plants, weeds, pests, and signs of disease to support overall lawn health Maintain irrigation systems and troubleshoot issues to ensure proper watering schedules Follow safety protocols diligently during all outdoor work activities Assist with tree trimming, gardening, and hardscape maintenance as needed Use power tools and landscaping equipment responsibly to complete daily tasks efficiently Qualifications Proven outdoor work experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping roles Mechanical knowledge related to lawn care equipment and power tools Strong understanding of horticulture, plant identification, and pesticide management Ability to operate grounds maintenance and landscaping equipment safely and effectively Knowledge of irrigation systems, tree care, lawn care practices, and hardscape features Excellent attention to safety protocol adherence in outdoor environments Physical ability to perform manual labor including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods Join us as a Residential Lawn Specialist Aerator and be part of a team dedicated to transforming outdoor spaces into lush, vibrant environments.
