About the Role As a Spray Technician with Mr. Greenkeeper, you'll play a key role in delivering exceptional turf care through sound agronomic practices, attention to detail, and outstanding customer service. You'll manage an established residential service route, diagnose turf health concerns, apply fertilizers and pesticides with precision, and represent our company with professionalism and integrity at every property you visit. Beyond providing exceptional service, you'll also have the opportunity to help grow the business. This includes building relationships with homeowners, identifying opportunities for additional services, networking within the community, and contributing to efforts to expand our customer base. We value professionals who take pride not only in producing exceptional turf, but also in helping build a company with a strong reputation for quality and service. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys the science of turfgrass management, takes pride in producing consistently high-quality results, and is excited to play an active role in the growth of a successful local business.
