Job Summary Join our dynamic team as a Lawn Technician and become a vital part of creating beautiful, healthy outdoor spaces! In this energetic role, you will perform lawn care, and landscape maintenance tasks with precision and enthusiasm. Your expertise will help clients enjoy lush, lawns while ensuring safety and environmental responsibility. This paid position offers opportunities to develop your skills in outdoor work, and equipment operation, all while contributing to the beautification of our community. We are a very small company looking for one more employee to join to our team. There are only four of us so you will play a big role in our business. Responsibilities Following strict safety protocols and management guidelines Operate power tools, hand tools, machinery safely and efficiently during outdoor landscaping and lawn care tasks Use ladders safely to access hard-to-reach areas for trimming, pruning Perform routine lawn maintenance including mowing, edging, weedeating, trimming, spraying beds, blowing and landscaping enhancements Skills Must have a minimum of 3 years commercial landscaping and Lawncare experience. Must have a good attitude and able to get along with other employees. Mechanical knowledge related to machinery, power tools, and landscaping equipment not a requirement but a plus. Experience with ladder use and ladder safety procedures for elevated tasks Customer service skills to communicate effectively with clients about lawn care recommendations Ability to operate company vehicles responsibly and safely in compliance with driving regulations if required to drive. Outdoor work experience in landscaping, agriculture or similar environments demonstrating physical stamina and adaptability to work in Florida heat.
