Experienced Lawn Care Technician$20/Hour Guaranteed Base + Performance Pay | Primary Four-Day Schedule Hiring February 2027! Augusta Lawn Care Services of Panama City is hiring a dependable, hard-working Lawn Care Technician to join our growing team. This is a physical, fast-paced outdoor position for someone who takes pride in completing quality work and leaving every property looking finished. Professional lawn-care experience is strongly preferred, but we will also consider candidates with proven outdoor labor experience, strong reliability, and the ability to learn quickly. Compensation $20 per hour guaranteed base pay Pay-for-Performance opportunities Productive crew members can earn $24+ per hour Approximately 35-40 hours per week Your earnings can increase as you demonstrate dependable attendance, efficient production, consistent quality, and the ability to complete work with less supervision. Schedule Our primary work schedule is Monday through Thursday. Friday is used when weather or other delays prevent the route from being completed during the regular week. Applicants must be able to work full outdoor days and remain flexible when weather affects the schedule. Primary Responsibilities Mowing residential and commercial lawns String trimming and weed eating Edging driveways, sidewalks, and landscape borders Blowing hard surfaces and completing final property checks Safely loading, unloading, and operating lawn-care equipment Helping maintain clean and organized trucks, trailers, and equipment Employees may also be cross-trained in additional services, including: Mulch installation Shrub trimming Property cleanups Physical Requirements This position requires: Working outdoors in Florida heat and humidity Prolonged standing and walking Frequent bending, lifting, and repetitive movement Regular operation of mowers, trimmers, edgers, and blowers Maintaining a productive pace throughout the workday What We Are Looking For Dependable attendance and punctuality Previous professional lawn-care or landscaping experience preferred Ability to work efficiently without sacrificing quality Willingness to accept instruction and improve Ability to work both independently and with a crew Strong attention to property details Respectful customer-service skills Reliable transportation to our reporting location near Highway 390 Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Smartphone for job tracking and team communication Ability to pass a background check and drug screening Ability to follow our non-smoking policy during work hours Growth Opportunities At Augusta Lawn Care Services, we are committed to developing leaders from within as we grow.
