Seeking Lawn Maintenance/Landscape Technician M-F, 6:30am-3:30/4:30pm Pensacola, FL $15-16+/HR Depends on experience Job SummaryWe are seeking a reliable, hardworking Lawn Maintenance Worker to join our landscaping crew. In this role, you will handle day-to-day lawn care tasks, operate lawn mowers, weed eaters, trimmers, and other tools of the trade to ensure our clients' properties remain pristine and healthy. This physically active position requires working outdoors in various weather conditions and collaborating closely with a team.

Duties and Responsibilities Operate machinery : Run commercial zero-turn mowers, push mowers, weed-eaters, edgers, and leaf blowers safely. Manicure turf : Cut grass, string-trim hard-to-reach areas, and edge cleanly along sidewalks and flower beds. Maintain plants : Trim hedges, prune overgrown shrubs, pull weeds, plant or move flowers and other plants, and remove dead tree limbs. Apply treatments : Spread fertilizer, seed lawns, and apply pesticides or herbicides under proper safety protocols. Clear debris : Rake leaves, pull trash, bag clippings, and blow off driveways or sidewalks after completing work. Maintain equipment : Clean, organize, and perform basic safety checks on tools, trucks, and trailers daily. Assist clients : Provide polite customer service when answering property owners' brief questions on-site. Seasonal tasks : Handle aeration and overseeding in the fall, or clear snow and ice during winter months if required.
Job Requirements & Qualifications Experience :
Previous lawn care or landscaping experience is preferred but not always required. Physical stamina : Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, stand, bend, and walk for extended periods. Weather resilience : Capability to work outdoors in high heat, humidity, cold, or light rain.
Pay:
$15.00 - $18.00 per hour
