In this energetic role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful outdoor spaces through expert lawn care, landscaping, and groundskeeping practices. Your enthusiasm and attention to detail will ensure our clients' landscapes are healthy, vibrant, and visually stunning. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work outdoors, develop your horticultural skills, and contribute to creating inviting environments that inspire and delight. Duties Perform mowing, edging, and trimming, to maintain healthy lawns and turf areas using power tools and hand tools. Operate landscape maintenance equipment such as blowers, trimmers, with safety protocol adherence. Conduct landscape maintenance tasks including planting, pruning trees and shrubs. Maintain grounds by performing tree trimming, shrub shaping, and weed control. Follow all safety protocols diligently while working outdoors in varying weather conditions to ensure a safe work environment. Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with a strong understanding of grounds maintenance and landscaping practices. Mechanical knowledge of lawn care equipment, power tools, and hand tools. Ability to operate grounds maintenance equipment safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail with the ability to perform tasks such as mowing, tree care, and gardening. Excellent physical stamina for outdoor work in different weather conditions; ability to lift heavy equipment or materials as needed. Valid driver's license preferred; certification in pesticide management or landscape maintenance is a plus.
