We are searching for an experienced, customer-focused, detail oriented individual to lead our shrub and turf fertilization and pest control division. The position requires operation of a variety of lawn and landscape equipment. In this role, you will be the primary contact for residential and commercial clients. The ideal candidate will also be knowledgeable about various plant material, pest problems within those as well as all state and federal regulations governing use of chemicals and application procedures.
Responsibilities:
Professional and effective communication with team members, customers, and management.

Apply appropriate granular, liquid, dust, gel, or ULV applications for fertilization, pest, disease, and weed control.

Diagnose and treat existing turf and shrub issues during routine inspections.

Create and present bids with the estimated cost of servicesAssist with materials ordering.

Assist team members with identification of turf and shrub problems.

Operate and maintain truck and equipment to complete routes.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a Certified Pest Operator or in a similar position.

High school diploma/GED preferredPhysical ability to perform the duties of the job, including standing for extended periods and lifting heavy objectsAbility to follow detailed instructions and safety protocols when dealing with potentially hazardous materialsExcellent customer service skillsAbility to maintain detailed records of payment and chemicals used AI Translation Assistant Opens in new window
