Lawn & Pest Control Technician EverBlade Lawn & Pest is a growing, locally owned lawn and pest control company serving the Tampa Bay area. We are looking for a dependable, motivated technician to join our team as one of our first employees. This is an opportunity to get in early with a growing company and build a career with us. You will work directly with the owner, receive hands-on training, and have the opportunity to take on additional responsibility as EverBlade grows. No pest control experience is required. We are willing to train the right person. What You'll Do Perform lawn fertilization and pest-control applications Treat shrubs and ornamental plants for insects, disease and nutritional issues Perform residential pest-control and mosquito services as assigned Inspect properties and identify lawn, ornamental and pest issues Properly mix and apply products according to labels and company procedures Communicate professionally with customers about their service and property Complete service notes and documentation accurately Maintain a clean, organized company vehicle and application equipment Work independently and efficiently while maintaining high-quality service What We're Looking For Dependable and able to show up on time every day Strong work ethic and comfortable working independently Professional and friendly with customers Willing to learn and accept coaching Comfortable working outdoors in Florida weather Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record Able to safely perform the physical requirements of the position Lawn, landscaping, irrigation, pest-control or route-service experience is a plus, but not required Pay & Benefits $22-$24 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications Performance bonus opportunities Overtime opportunities as workload requires Paid time off Paid on-the-job training Company vehicle and equipment provided while working Company uniforms provided Opportunities for advancement Schedule Full-time, approximately 40-45 hours per week.
