Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spray Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for applying various treatments and solutions to landscapes, farms, and lawns to ensure optimal health and appearance. This role requires a strong understanding of pest control methods, as well as experience with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery. The Spray Technician will play a crucial role in maintaining the quality of our services while providing excellent customer support. Responsibilities Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers to designated areas using appropriate equipment. Operate and maintain farm machinery and power tools safely and efficiently. Conduct regular inspections of treated areas to monitor effectiveness and identify any issues. Provide knowledgeable advice to customers regarding lawn care, pest control, and landscape maintenance. Maintain accurate records of treatments applied, including dates, locations, and types of products used. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and environmental standards during all operations. Collaborate with team members to optimize service delivery and customer satisfaction. Experience Previous experience in lawn care, pest control, or landscape maintenance is preferred. Familiarity with hand tools and farm machinery is essential for effective job performance. Sales experience is a plus for engaging with customers and promoting services. A valid driver's license is required for transporting equipment to job sites. Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently or as part of a team are critical for success in this role.
