Conduct groundskeeping activities like edging, fertilizing, aerating, and applying pesticides following safety protocols. Maintain hardscape features such as pathways, patios, and retaining walls to ensure safety and aesthetic appeal. Assist with snow plowing during winter months to keep outdoor areas accessible and safe. Follow safety procedures diligently while operating equipment and handling chemicals or pesticides. Requirements Proven outdoor work experience with grounds maintenance or landscaping preferred. Mechanical knowledge of power tools, hand tools, and landscaping equipment operation. Knowledge of plant identification, horticulture principles, and pesticide management practices. Ability to operate irrigation systems and perform basic troubleshooting. Strong understanding of safety protocols related to equipment operation and chemical handling. Excellent physical stamina for lifting, bending, digging, and working in various weather conditions. Valid experience with tree care, gardening, snow plowing, or hardscape maintenance is a plus.
