We're looking for a dependable, experienced Lawn Care Specialist who takes pride in delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. Unlike our independent LawnSmart Partners, this is an internal position . You'll represent the LawnSmart brand while using your own truck, trailer, and professional lawn care equipment. What You'll Do Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing services. Complete scheduled residential and light commercial lawn care jobs. Follow LawnSmart quality standards on every property. Take before-and-after photos using the LawnSmart mobile app. Communicate professionally with customers when needed. Report completed jobs through the LawnSmart app. Maintain a clean, safe, and professional appearance. Requirements Minimum 2 years of professional lawn care experience. Valid driver's license with a clean driving record. Reliable truck and trailer. Professional lawn care equipment, including: Commercial zero-turn or walk-behind mower String trimmer Edger Backpack blower Smartphone with reliable internet access. Ability to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions. Strong work ethic and dependable attendance. Preferred Qualifications Experience using Jobber or similar field service software. Ability to identify common lawn issues and recommend additional services.
