We specialize in upscale residential homes and are looking for a motivated Spray Technician who can help us deliver excellent results, and grow with our team. Position Overview The Spray Technician will be responsible for applying fertilizers, herbicides, fungicides, insecticides on turf and ornamental landscapes, and assisting with other maintenance tasks when needed. This role requires someone detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and customer-focused. Key Responsibilities Safely mix and apply turf and ornamental products to lawns, trees, and shrubs Diagnose common weeds, insects, and turf/plant diseases Operate spray rigs, backpack sprayers, and other application equipment Maintain detailed application logs that are compliant with state and federal regulations Ensure proper chemical use and conduct regular chemical inventories Communicate with customers about treatments and service expectations Perform routine care and light maintenance of provided equipment Qualifications Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Valid Commercial Pesticide Applicator License (or ability to obtain within 3 months) Prior experience in landscaping, turf management, or lawn care preferred Knowledge of pest/disease identification and treatment methods preferred Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs. and work outdoors in various weather conditions Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail and safety Compensation & Benefits Competitive pay: $20-$25/hr + bonuses Paid vacation Paid holidays, including your birthday Overtime opportunities during peak season Health and dental insurance Referral program with bonus incentives Paid training and CEU credits for license renewal Company vehicle and equipment provided during work hours Advancement opportunities within a growing company How to Apply Send your resume to srgcustomerservice@srgainc.com or call 912-434-6220 to schedule an interview.
