Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Spray Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in pest control, lawn care, or agriculture, and possess the ability to operate various hand and power tools. This role involves applying treatments to lawns, gardens, and agricultural fields to ensure optimal health and pest management. The Spray Technician will work closely with clients to understand their needs and provide effective solutions. Responsibilities Apply pesticides, herbicides, and fertilizers according to safety guidelines and regulations. Conduct thorough inspections of properties to identify pest issues and recommend appropriate treatments. Operate farm machinery and power tools safely and efficiently. Maintain accurate records of services performed and products used. Communicate effectively with clients regarding treatment plans and follow-up care. Collaborate with team members to ensure high-quality service delivery. Stay informed about industry trends, new products, and best practices in pest control and lawn care. Experience Previous experience in field is required 3 years. Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and farm machinery is essential. A valid driver's license is required for driving company vehicles to job sites. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various weather conditions.
