Job Summary Join our dynamic landscape maintenance team as a Lawn Care Worker and play a vital role in transforming outdoor spaces into vibrant, healthy environments. This energetic position involves performing a variety of lawn care, gardening, and landscape upkeep tasks to ensure properties look their best year-round. If you enjoy working outdoors, using power tools, and contributing to beautiful, well-maintained landscapes, this opportunity is perfect for you! All roles are paid positions, offering valuable hands-on experience in horticulture and outdoor maintenance. Duties Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges with hand tools or power equipment to maintain aesthetic appeal and safety Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, weeding, planting, and mulching to enhance curb appeal Maintain hardscape features including patios, walkways, and retaining walls through cleaning and minor repairs Assist with general gardening tasks such as watering plants, fertilizing lawns, and caring for horticultural elements Requirements Mechanical knowledge of lawn care equipment, power tools, and hand tools is essential Experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, and horticulture practices preferred Knowledge of tree care techniques including trimming and pruning to promote healthy growth Strong work ethic with physical stamina for outdoor activities in various weather conditions Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality landscape presentation Join us in creating stunning outdoor environments!
