Job Description
Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for landscaping and a strong work ethic, with the ability to perform various lawn care and maintenance tasks. This role is essential in ensuring that our clients' outdoor spaces are beautiful, healthy, and well-maintained. Responsibilities Perform routine lawn care tasks including mowing, edging, and trimming to maintain a neat appearance. Execute landscape maintenance duties such as planting flowers, shrubs, and trees to enhance outdoor aesthetics. Provide tree care services including tree trimming and removal as needed. Assist with hardscape projects by building patios, walkways, and retaining walls to improve functionality and beauty of outdoor spaces. Dig and prepare soil for planting or installation of landscaping features. Maintain equipment used in lawn care and landscaping to ensure optimal performance. Communicate effectively with clients regarding their needs and preferences while providing expert advice on lawn care practices. Qualifications Previous experience in lawn care, landscaping, or related fields is preferred but not mandatory. Knowledge of zero turn lawn mowers is a plus. Ability to operate landscaping equipment such as mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other tools safely and efficiently. Strong physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks including lifting heavy objects and working outdoors in various weather conditions. Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work. Excellent communication skills for interacting with clients and team members effectively. A valid driver's license may be required depending on job responsibilities.
