Saturdays Hours:

6:30 AM - 5:00 PM This is a production-based role , so the earliest you may finish for the day is 1:30 PM , depending on workload and route completion Responsibilities Provide lawn care services to residential customers by making timely applications using proper techniques Diagnose and correct lawn issues while in the field Achieve weekly production goals Address customer questions, comments, and concerns, or refer them to the office as needed Demonstrate knowledge of our programs and explain them clearly to current and prospective customers Maintain truck and equipment by cleaning daily and storing properly Qualifications Ability to demonstrate and uphold our core values: positive attitude, customer first, professionalism, dedication, and a desire to succeed Valid Driver's License Clean driving record for the past three years Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to lift more than 50 lbs Ability to walk long distances and work in various weather conditions Previous lawn care experience is a plus, but not required
