Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Lawn Care Maintenance Technician to join our professional lawn care team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining beautiful, healthy lawns and landscapes through a variety of hands-on jobs. Your energetic approach and commitment to quality will ensure our clients' outdoor spaces are vibrant, safe, and well-kept. This position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in lawn care maintenance and outdoor equipment operation while contributing to the aesthetic appeal of our community. Responsibilities Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing to ensure pristine turf conditions using power tools and hand tools. Maintain landscape features including planting beds, shrubs, trees, and hardscape elements such as patios or walkways. Operate equipment such as zero turn mowers, back pack blowers, and other machinery safely and efficiently. Conduct tree care activities including trimming, pruning, and health assessments to promote safety and growth. Assist with seasonal tasks like gutter cleaning and soft washing of concrete and houses to keep outdoor spaces functional year-round. Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to maximize their lifespan and performance. Qualifications Demonstrated mechanical knowledge with experience operating power tools, hand tools, and landscaping machinery. Prior experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods. Strong attention to detail with a proactive attitude toward safety protocols. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
