Job Description

Job Summary Looking for someone to help with lawn care working 4-5 days per week mowing, and trimming at residential and commercial properties. MUST have a drivers license, clean driving record and
MINIMUM 1
year experience working in lawn care profession. Minimum pay $20 per hour Duties Mow lawns using push mowers, riding mowers, or other power tools to achieve a clean, even cut. Trim trees, shrubs, and hedges to maintain landscape design and promote healthy growth. Perform landscape maintenance tasks such as edging, weeding, planting, and mulching to enhance curb appeal. Operate hand tools and power equipment including trimmers, blowers, excavators, and irrigation systems for various landscaping projects. Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access and clear pathways. Assist with hardscape installations like patios or walkways using appropriate tools and techniques. Maintain equipment through routine inspections and basic mechanical knowledge to ensure optimal performance. Skills Strong mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot and maintain landscaping equipment and power tools. Proven experience in lawn care, landscape maintenance, or gardening. Familiarity with landscaping techniques including tree care, pruning, trimming, and planting. Ability to operate hand tools such as shovels, rakes, pruners, and hoes efficiently. Experience with excavators or other construction machinery is a plus for larger projects. Knowledge of irrigation systems setup and maintenance to support healthy landscapes. Understanding of horticulture principles for plant health and landscape design. Ability to perform snow plowing safely during winter conditions. Good physical stamina for outdoor work in various weather conditions. Strong attention to detail combined with the ability to follow safety protocols during all tasks.
