This role involves providing effective pest management solutions to residential and commercial clients, ensuring their properties are safe and pest-free. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to operate various tools and equipment. Perfection Pest Management - Pest Control - Now Hiring | Indianola, Iowa Responsibilities Conduct thorough inspections of client properties to identify pest issues and potential entry points Apply pest control treatments using appropriate methods and tools, ensuring safety and effectiveness Educate clients on pest prevention strategies and recommend ongoing maintenance plans Operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and landscaping equipment as needed Maintain accurate records of services provided and treatments applied Drive company vehicle to various job sites while adhering to safety protocols Ensure all work areas are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards Experience Prior experience in pest control, lawn care, farming, landscaping, or agriculture is preferred but not required Knowledge of sales techniques to promote services and upsell additional treatments or maintenance plans Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and landscaping equipment is advantageous Valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with clients Ability to operate various equipment safely and efficiently Willingness to learn new techniques and stay updated on industry best practices Pass a background and drug screening
