Looking to hire good people who show up, work hard, and actually enjoy what they do. We run new equipment and well-maintained trucks, so you're not fighting broken-down gear all day. As we continue to grow, so do the opportunities for the people on our team. We're not just looking for employees — we're building a crew we can count on long-term. What You'll Be Doing Mowing, trimming, and blowing residential and commercial properties Landscape installs — sod, mulch, planting, and more Spring and fall cleanups and general property maintenance Snow removal in the winter months Working alongside a small, experienced crew What We're Looking For Valid driver's license required Shows up on time, every day — reliability is very important to us Takes pride in quality work and pays attention to detail Can handle outdoor conditions (heat, cold, snow — it's Iowa) Landscape, hardscape, or lawn care experience is a plus — we'll train the right person Irrigation experience is also a bonus Good attitude and a team-first mindset What We Offer $18-$25/hr depending on experience and responsibilities Weekly pay Weekly performance bonus — we reward people who work hard Paid on-the-job training if you're new to the industry New equipment and trucks — safe, reliable, and efficient Uniforms provided Year-round work — snow removal through the winter To Apply Send us a short message telling us: Any experience you have (lawn care, landscaping, hardscape, irrigation, snow removal) Why you're looking for a new position Your availability
