We are looking for individuals with experience — or a strong willingness to learn — in landscaping, hardscaping, mowing, fertilization, bed maintenance, and pruning. Positions are available across multiple crews based on skill level and interest. This is a great opportunity for those who enjoy working outdoors, take pride in quality work, and want consistent seasonal employment with opportunities to grow.

Available Roles Include:

Landscapers / General Labor Hardscape Install Crew Members Fertilization & Turf Care Technicians Mowing & Grounds Maintenance Technicians Landscape Bed Maintenance & Pruners Responsibilities (May include but are not limited to): Lawn mowing, trimming, edging, and clean-up Landscape bed maintenance including weeding, mulching, edging, and pruning Installation of hardscapes such as pavers, retaining walls, and landscape features Application of fertilizer and weed control (training and licensing assistance available) Operation of commercial equipment including mowers, trimmers, blowers, spreaders, and hand tools Maintain clean, safe, and professional job sites Follow safety procedures and company standards

Qualifications:

Prior experience in landscaping, lawn care, hardscaping, or fertilization preferred but not required Valid driver's license preferred or reliable transportation Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions Physically able to lift 50+ lbs. and perform manual labor Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team Strong work ethic and attention to detail

Schedule:

Full-time seasonal hours; schedule varies by workload and weather Overtime and occasional weekend work may be required during peak season
