You will be responsible for applying lawn treatments, pest control solutions, and maintaining equipment to uphold the highest standards of quality and safety. Duties Conduct lawn care treatments including fertilization, aeration, and overseeding to promote lush, healthy turf. Apply pest control solutions safely and effectively across commercial properties. Use hand tools, power tools, and machinery to prepare and maintain landscaped areas. Operate vehicles responsibly to travel between job sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations. Inspect properties for signs of pests or disease and recommend appropriate treatment plans. Maintain detailed records of treatments performed, equipment used, and safety procedures followed. Assist with general landscaping tasks such as planting, trimming, and soil preparation as needed. Skills Strong knowledge of lawn care practices, pest control methods, and agricultural principles. Experience with farming or landscaping techniques is highly desirable. Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, farm machinery, and other equipment safely and efficiently. Excellent driving skills with a valid license; comfortable navigating various terrains. Familiarity with sales techniques to recommend services or products to clients confidently. Basic understanding of pest management protocols and safety standards. Good physical stamina for outdoor work in varying weather conditions.
