Landscape Specialist/Lawn Maintenance Compass Landscape Management is an established full service Landscape company serving primarily the Boise area that is looking for reliable, hardworking people with a positive attitude. We are hiring full or part time landscape crew and lawn mowing crew members for the 2026 season and beyond. One year of professional experience is preferred. This type of work is rewarding, challenging and labor intensive. Employees must have a heightened sense of awareness, be engaged, follow instructions and be attentive. Starting wage depends on experience (mowing your parent's yard doesn't count) and ranges from $23-$27/hour DOE with the potential to earn $30+/hour with long term employment.

Requirements for the job:

One year minimum of professional experience preferred Ability to lift over 50 pounds Reliable transportation Clean driving record and pass background check Ability to follow instructions Have a good work ethic and enjoy the outdoors Have a safe and positive outlook This is a physically demanding job.
