Four Season Lawn and Pest is seeking quality-driven, organized, hardworking, and self-motivated individuals to fill our Lawn Spray Technician position. To be successful in this position, technicians are responsible for applying fertilizer, and herbicides to lawns to maintain healthy and attractive landscapes. They must be able to work independently and efficiently, complete routes in a timely manner and provide consistency in their work. The ideal candidate would have prior experience and a valid applicator's license.

Essential Duties and Tasks:

Applying lawn fertilizer and weed control Mix appropriate chemicals and water in spray tanks Carefully follow all policies and best practices to ensure a safe work environment Maintain accurate records of all work performed and materials used Maintain knowledge of spray techniques and an understanding of how to safely apply chemicals Provide excellent customer service and uphold company standards Variety of duties assisting other departments as needed or assigned when weather does not permit applications

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent Valid Idaho State applicator's license or licensed in MT, OR, UT, WA, WY, and can obtain a reciprocal license in Idaho Must be able to work independently and be self-motivated Must be able to communicate with management, employees, and customers Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work Idaho Ornamental Herbicide Applicator's License or licensed in a state that reciprocates licenses with Idaho Ability to lift heavy objects, work in all weather conditions, and stand for extended periods Pass employment screening We are a team-oriented business that appreciates a positive attitude and willingness to help the team complete any job needed.
