Job Description

Personnel Plus is now hiring for Lawn Maintenance in Star, ID. As a lawn Maintenance Technician, you will be required to help maintain public landscaped areas in Star Idaho. Utilizing mowers, trimmers and the application of fertilizers.
Pay and schedule:
$18.00/hr Monday- Friday, Seasonal, 7:00am- 3:30 PM What you'll do: Operate and maintain landscaping equipment including mowers, chainsaws, trimmers, and other power tools Perform routine lawn care such as mowing, edging, fertilizing, and weed control Assist with installation, maintenance, and repair of sprinkler and irrigation systems Plant, prune, and maintain trees, shrubs, flowers, and other vegetation Safely handle and apply chemicals such as herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers in accordance with regulations Support forestry operations including tree trimming, removal, and general care Maintain ball fields and recreational areas to ensure safe and playable conditions Perform general park maintenance including cleanup, debris removal, and minor repairs Follow all safety procedures and guidelines when operating equipment and handling materials Any other duties assigned What you'll need: Valid driver's license required Ability to lift, carry, and move heavy materials (50+ lbs.) Ability to stand, walk, and bend for Prolonged periods of time Some experience in landscaping, grounds keeping, or a related field preferred Ability to safely operate power tools and lawn care equipment Basic knowledge of irrigation systems and plant care Willingness to work outdoors in varying weather conditions Strong work ethic and ability to work independently or as part of a team Drug-free
