Job Description
Green Acres Group is known in the community for doing things right. We're looking for a Lawn Care Technician who wants more than just a job — someone who takes ownership, shows up, and wants to build a long-term career in lawn care.
What You'll Do:
- Fertilization, weed control, and lawn treatments
- Aeration and overseeding
- Route driving with company truck and trailer
- Customer-facing service on assigned routes
What We're Looking For:
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions — heat, cold, and everything in between
- Reliable, punctual, and takes ownership of their work
- Previous experience in fertilization and weed control required
- Illinois Fertilization License (or willingness to obtain — we pay for your test)
