Job Summary Vandygriff Services is a family-owned outdoor services company serving the Riverbend area since 1977. We take pride in quality work, treating customers right, and building a team that enjoys working outdoors. We're looking for someone who shows up on time, works hard, and takes pride in doing the job right. Experience is a plus, but attitude and reliability matter just as much. What You'll Do Operate commercial zero-turn and stand-on mowers Trim and edge lawns for a clean finish Use backpack blowers to leave properties looking professional Perform mulch installation, shrub trimming, planting, and landscape projects Assist with aeration, overseeding, sod installation, and seasonal cleanups Load and unload trailers and equipment Keep trucks, trailers, and equipment clean and maintained Represent our company professionally while on customer properties What We're Looking For Valid driver's license is a must Ability to lift 75 pounds and work outdoors in all weather conditions Dependable with good attendance Positive attitude and willingness to learn Able to work independently and as part of a team Experience operating commercial mowing equipment is preferred but not required Experience pulling trailers or operating skid steers is a plus Schedule Monday through Friday Typical start time: 7:30 AM Overtime available during busy seasons Weekend work is rare but may be needed during spring or fall What We Offer Competitive hourly pay based on experience Paid holidays Paid vacation after eligibility requirements are met Performance and end-of-season bonuses Well-maintained commercial equipment Opportunity to advance into crew leader and equipment operator positions Winter work available through commercial snow removal, leaf removal and landscaping We're Looking for Someone Who Takes pride in quality work Pays attention to details Can be trusted without constant supervision Treats customers and coworkers with respect Wants a long-term career instead of just another job Apply today and become part of a company that values hard work, quality, and doing the job right.
