AC Lawn Care and More LLC is looking for a motivated and dependable Lawn Technician to join our growing team in Fairview Heights, IL! This is a hands-on outdoor role where you'll take pride in delivering beautiful, well-maintained lawns and landscapes to our valued customers. Responsibilities:

Perform lawn mowing, edging, trimming, and blowing for residential and/or commercial properties Apply fertilizers, herbicides, and pesticides as needed for lawn treatment programs Identify and treat lawn issues such as weeds, pests, and disease Operate and maintain lawn care equipment including mowers, trimmers, and blowers Follow scheduled routes efficiently and complete jobs in a timely manner Communicate professionally with customers on-site regarding lawn care needs Maintain a clean and organized work vehicle and equipment

Requirements:

Prior experience in lawn care, landscaping, or a related field preferred Ability to operate commercial lawn care equipment safely and effectively Physical ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions and perform labor-intensive tasks Valid driver's license with a clean driving record Strong attention to detail and pride in quality of work Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Pesticide applicator license a plus, but not required
