Job Description:

We are seeking motivated and reliable Lawn Care Specialists to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, a passion for the outdoors, and a commitment to excellence in customer service. While experience in the green industry is preferred, it is not mandatory as we provide comprehensive paid training.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete daily routes and apply state-regulated treatments such as herbicides, pesticides, and fertilizers to maintain and enhance lawn health. Safely operate and maintain company vehicles and equipment. Engage with customers and the public in a professional and positive manner. Meet or exceed production goals with high-quality standards.

Qualifications:

Minimum age of 21 years. Valid Driver's License and a clean driving record. Able to pass a background check. Physically capable of lifting up to 50 pounds. Possession of or ability to obtain a Department of Agriculture applicator's license. Previous experience in landscaping or related field is advantageous but not required. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Work Schedule:

Monday to Friday, offering a balanced work-life environment.

Competitive hourly rate or salary commensurate with experience, weekly production bonuses, and benefits.
