In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining lawns, gardens, and hardscape features through skilled operation of groundskeeping equipment and precise horticultural practices. Your enthusiasm for outdoor work and attention to detail will ensure our clients' properties are beautifully manicured, safe, and environmentally sustainable. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in landscape maintenance while contributing to the aesthetic appeal of diverse outdoor environments. Duties Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other power tools safely and efficiently to maintain turf and landscaped areas Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, edging, pruning, planting, and weed control to uphold high standards of appearance Identify various plants, shrubs, trees, and pests to support healthy growth and effective pest management strategies Conduct tree trimming, hardscape cleaning, snow plowing (seasonally), and general grounds upkeep to enhance safety and visual appeal Follow safety protocols rigorously during all outdoor activities to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with regulations Assist with plant installation, soil preparation, fertilization, and other horticultural practices to promote lush landscapes Skills Strong mechanical knowledge of landscaping equipment and power tools for efficient operation and maintenance Experience in landscape maintenance, gardening, and groundskeeping techniques Hands-on experience with hardscape features such as patios or walkways is a plus Join us in creating stunning outdoor spaces!
