Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated Lawn Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and enhancing outdoor spaces through various lawn and landscape maintenance activities. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for outdoor work. The Lawn Technician will perform a variety of tasks to ensure client properties are well-maintained, healthy, and visually appealing. Duties Mow lawns and trim edges using power tools and hand tools to achieve a clean, professional appearance Operate equipment safely and efficiently Maintain hardscape features including patios, walkways, and retaining walls Conduct snow plowing during winter months to ensure safe access for clients Use gardening tools and equipment for planting, weeding, mulching, and general garden care Perform routine maintenance on tools and equipment to ensure optimal operation Follow safety protocols and adhere to environmental standards during all operations Requirements Prior experience with lawn care, landscape maintenance, or related outdoor work preferred Mechanical knowledge and familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and landscaping machinery Ability to operate landscaping equipment safely and efficiently Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy objects and work outdoors in various weather conditions Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship Valid driver's license preferred; ability to operate vehicles or machinery as needed Ability to work independently or as part of a team in a fast-paced environment This position offers an opportunity for individuals passionate about outdoor work and landscape maintenance to develop their skills in a dynamic environment.
